01 — Where We Ship

We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Board game rentals are not shipped — these are available via local delivery within the Thornbury and Bristol area only. See our Rental Terms for details.

02 — Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received, excluding Sundays and bank holidays.

03 — Delivery Method

We ship via Royal Mail. Tracked and signed-for options are available at checkout depending on the item and order value. Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

04 — Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

05 — Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including raising a claim with Royal Mail where applicable.
