Refund policy

01 — Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at fatgreenbeartoys@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

02 — Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can put it right.

03 — Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Sale items and gift cards
• Board game rentals — these are governed by our Rental Terms & Conditions

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, get in touch and we'll let you know.

04 — Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

05 — Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at fatgreenbeartoys@gmail.com.
